Proactive services is Loop1’s comprehensive SolarWinds monitoring managed service, designed for organizations that rely on SolarWinds as business-critical infrastructure. Delivered as an ongoing partnership, this model combines daily operational care, continuous optimization, 24×7 break-fix support, and architect-led strategic oversight to ensure your platform remains stable, secure, and continuously improving.
On-demand services are delivered as a flexible engagement. Loop1 provides targeted, expert support for defined initiatives or challenges, without the need for an ongoing partnership.
A pre-paid block of hours (minimum of 40) is purchased and used as needed over a 12-month period. Work is scheduled in collaboration with the Loop1 engineering team, providing flexible access to senior expertise when it matters most.
Many customers begin here and transition to our proactive service as their environment expands, and the value of continuous oversight becomes evident.
