Loop1’s global Engineering team has its eyes on your tooling 24×7. The remote team is responsible for the following daily tasks.

• Orion infrastructure alerts
• Orion infrastructure logs & errors
• Node discovery status check
• Daily polling engine status check
• Daily GUI check
• Database maintenance confirmation

Our priority task is to keep your tooling running reliably and efficiently. Our weekly tasks to achieve this include:

• Polling engine review
• Rebalance workload and status
• Map functionality checks
• Account verification
• Change control review

We provide a review of the status and results from the monthly tasks as well as a status of the SolarWinds deployment. Our monthly tasks include:

• Monthly service improvement reporting
• Service Delivery Manager check-in
• Orion Insights report audit (requires access to SolarWinds Customer Portal)
• Orion infrastructure audit
• Monthly database review
• Change control review
• Application patching review
• Environment review

Loop1 will conduct a quarterly review of the deployed tools to ensure the implemented solution and the roadmap for services fits your organization’s priorities and needs. A review of the service improvements should also demonstrate progress in the maturity journey from Ad-Hoc to Insightful, relative to the L1M3 framework.  Quarterly tasks include:

• Quarterly service improvement reporting
• Quarterly audit of deployed tools to activity roadmap
• A quarterly strategic revie of your organization's business priorities and needs to ensure alignment with your enterprise tools

Loop1 will conduct an annual review of the deployed tools to ensure the implemented solution fits your organization’s needs. Annual tasks include:

• Annual audit of deployed tools
• A yearly audit for environment hosting used tools
• Annual strategic review of your organization's business needs to ensure alignment with your enterprise tools
• Annual assessment of the success and traction gained from the closing contract term and planning for the renewed contract term
